5 Things I Learned in Therapy

Happy Sunday. It’s self-care Sunday. The greatest form of self-care is developing self-awareness. There is no greater gift than knowing who you are, knowing your values, knowing what motivates you and knowing that you are enough.

I am a strong advocate for talk therapy, because so many times, we think we have it all figured out. Maybe you have a circle of friends who don’t hold a mirror up to you, maybe you’ve had some trauma, maybe you are going through a major life transition.

Take the time to discover or rediscover who you are. I thought I knew myself and understood myself, but as I peeled back the layers, there were so many things I had yet to discover.

Truly immerse into knowing who you are. You may be guided into your divine purpose and you will see what a gift you are to this earth.
